  1.  If I don’t like my purchase can I return it?

100% yes. You have 30 days to return your purchase to us in the original condition and we will refund your purchase as soon as we have assessed it. You will be notified as soon as the refund is processed. If you wish to return any goods, contact us so we can give you directions

  1. Where can I post the goods I no longer want?

All you need to do it send the items to

  1. What if I want to exchange?

All you need to do is contact us that you’d like to exchange and inform us of what you’d like to swap it for (we'll hold these aside for you so you dont miss out). Post the goods back to the above address and we will send you out your exchange free of charge once we receive your return. We offer 1 free exchange per receipt

  1. How much will my postage cost.

We offer free postage over $90. If you wish to spend less, regular post will cost you. If you’d prefer Express, it will cost you $12.00.

  1. How do I know if my product will fit.

Our footwear is measured before listing on our website so that you guys know exactly what size should work for you. All you need to do is follow our guide on how to measure your foot, then on the product you’re looking at click on VIEW SIZE CHART HERE and it will show you exactly the length you want to order. We take care in our measuring; however, we are aware that there can be slight variances in this. Hence our free exchange policy just in case you are unhappy for the fit.

Our clothing does not have size charts available on all items. We do however try to inform you in the description of how the products fit - Smaller or larger.

All our handbags come with dimensions so you can see how big they are. We also endeavour to get images of handbags worn so you can see the size on a person instead of in a photo box.

  1. Can I return the purchase I make online to one of your 2 stores?

Yes 100%. It will just need to be returned through the online portal by one of our friendly staff. We can not return cash if you paid online.

  1. How do I track my parcel?

When you get your confirmation email that your parcel is on its way, you will find a tracking number. We use Australia Post and Sendle to post products to you, depending on your location. If we used Australia Post visit this site and use the code supplied. If we used sendle visit this site and use the code we supplied.

  1. What if there is an issue with delivery?

Please contact us ASAP so we can get to work in figuring out what is going on with the carrier we used.
