Boardwalk Boutique will happily provide you with a refund or exchange on your purchase however must abide by the following terms.

-We must be notified within 14 days of purchase if you choose to return the goods via email or phone. See ‘Contact Us‘ for this information.

-The goods must be returned to us in their original condition via Australia Post. Boardwalk Boutique will not be held responsible if you choose to send the goods unregistered.

-The customer is responsible for postage charges associated with returning/exchanging the goods.

-Your refund or exchange will not processed until the goods have been inspected and deemed acceptable. You will be notified via email as soon as the refund has been processed.
